Fine Art Prints All orders are processed and shipped within 7-14 business days unless otherwise noted on item
Posters All orders are processed and shipped within 3-6 business days unless otherwise noted on item
Canvas Prints All orders are processed and shipped within 3-6 business days unless otherwise noted on item
Standard Shipping (UPS/USPS) Arrival times vary between 2-7 business days once the order is processed and can be dependent upon the shipping location
Emails containing tracking information will be sent when your order is shipped. If you do not receive your tracking information within 14 business days of purchasing, please contact me at info@artpce.com
If your order has been shipped and you are experiencing a delay in receiving your order please contact UPS or USPS for more information.
Returns
All items are final sale and are non-refundable nor exchangeable
If approved:
Receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return
Exchanges (if applicable)
Only items that are defective or damaged can be replaced. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send an email to info@artpce.com
What’s the Difference between a Poster, Print, and Canvas?
Fine Art Prints are printed on high-quality giclee paper and are hand signed. They take 7-10 business days to ship.
Poster Prints are a cheaper version of fine art prints. Still really great quality at an affordable price and these do NOT come hand signed. Usually takes 3-5 days to ship.
Canvas Prints are artwork on wrapped canvases that you can hang without a frame. These are shipped within 3-5 days.
Packaging
In an effort to be as environmentally friendly as possible, all products are sent in cardboard mailers or cardboard tubes so please consider recycling these items once you receive your order.
Packing Slips are not included with orders unless it is noted that the item is a gift. If you would like a copy of your packing slip, please email me at info@artpce.com and I will be sure to email you a copy.
Copyright and Image Use
All artwork and content produced by Halimah Smith/Artpce LLC is legally protected by U.S. & International copyright laws. Under NO circumstance is it permitted for you to use Halimah Smith’s artwork for commercial purposes, without proper and prior permission from the artist.
This includes merchandise of any kind, prints, apparel, books, advertising or any other for-profit purposes. You may not use the artist's work to represent a brand that is not affiliated with Artpce without written consent. You may not use the artist’s work for your own branding, including your logo, website, advertising or product packaging.
Artpce LLC retains the copyrights to all artwork produced by the artist, regardless of having sold the original image. Unless you have a signed contract with Halimah Smith / Artpce LLC that grants permission, you may not use an image for commercial purposes, regardless of whether or not you own the original artwork.
If you would like to share her work on social media, or a website blog post feel free, but please credit Halimah Smith, @artpce, or artpce.com in the caption or tagline. If you are interested in licensing, please email info@artpce.com with your company details and the artwork you’re interested in licensing.
